Our services works by you clicking on the button at the top right side of screen "RB Remote Assistance". Download a small file which you install onto your PC or Laptop, go through setting up your name and contact info and you will be connected with a Highly Trained Technician. He can chat with you on what your needs are, then fix your problems or program your equipment. Costs are very reasonable at $2.50 connection fee and 0.50/minute after. Billed on your Credit Card or Paypal.

2) Online Backup Services: Backup any data, anytime, anywhere.

Our backup services takes the worry out of loosing your crucial data at the worst possible moment, we have made it possible for our clients to backup all there personal data to our servers in a very Safe and Secure means. We install a data sync software on the PC which links to our server to continually check all files that have been changed and modified which then it backs them up to our server that evening or whenever the client wants it to be done. Costs: For Home Clients $50/yr and Business Clients $9.99/mth.
